Our Mission
Serving with dignity
U-CAP is dedicated to reducing poverty among culturally marginalized individuals and groups in the United States and globally. We work hard every day to better lives through causes including Feeding Children, Housing the Homeless, and Fighting Poverty.
We support communities with safe, high-quality resources, advocacy, and practical help that strengthens stability, opportunity, and hope for the future.

How we help
Our programs respond to urgent needs while building long-term support for individuals and families facing poverty, hunger, and inequality.
Food and wellness
Food bank development and health resources help families access nutritious food, clean water, and essential support.
Senior home support and housing stability
We assist older adults with compassionate support that promotes safety, dignity, and stronger daily living. We also work to preserve affordable housing.
Learning, advocacy and workforce pathways
Mental health advocacy, IEP support, and educational workshops connect people with guidance, skills, and opportunity.
